FEES

Fees vary according to location and are worked out on a zonal basis. For each location, fees are charged at an initial rate, which includes the first hour's work, and then at a subsequent rate of £40 per hour. The initial charges range from £40 to £250. I also offer all-day rates for all locations. If you require more than one booking on the same day, such as music at a wedding service and then at a subsequent reception, or an evening concert preceded by rehearsals during the day, the all-day rate may offer better value for money than booking services separately.

Fees apply to all time spent at the venue and preparation of music. Rehearsals are charged in exactly the same way, and tuition (which I provide only in my home) is charged at £35 per hour. Recital and concert fees are quoted on an individual basis according to the amount of work required.

I provide a full breakdown of the zones for a large number of localities in each county, which gives a clear indication of the cost of the service. If your location is not listed, please contact me for a precise quotation, but you will always be able to find a location within about five miles of anywhere in the county, which will give you an approximate guide as to how much the charge will be. I publish my fees for all locations I cover, in order to provide absolute transparency and to give my clients confidence that my charges are never subjective or opportunistic.

Fees are valid for all central areas of towns and cities. For outlying areas, these figures will give you an approximate idea of the cost, but you will need to contact me for a bespoke quotation.

I keep my fees as low as possible, and I do not use the services of agents, paid listings sites or advertising companies. You can therefore be sure that you are not paying intermediary charges, which I would otherwise have to recoup by increasing fees.

Fees are payable at the time of booking for private bookings, and a receipt and booking confirmation will be issued within 24 hours.
